From the game production to the influences of the online games on the people's life style, the value of game has already far exceeded the time significance which the primitive game produces, has speciaUy brought the profound influence to the education. The rapid development of the online games and the difficulties of the educational software industry have shown a striking contrast. How to draw on the successful experience of online games has become a hot topic focused by people, and the educational online game is thereupon springing up. As a new game method, the Educational online game is a direction of green online games, and has an extremely extensive application prospect. Differing from traditional learning material and style, educational network games not only can be used in formal education for its assistant effect, but also in high quality education and trainings which are in great demand, such as distance education, network education, further education and vocation training. The aim that we discuss the game is not the game itself but Game itself is a useful means of education. If we can put the advantages of online games into education, combine games with education, and design the educational online games which fit the learners' physical and mental development law. It can not only avoid the inverse influence of the online games, but also use the educational functions that promote the learners' all-sided development. The design and implementation of educational online game may not only transform the opposition between online games and education of adolescents, it can also offer a available method to solve the educational software's predicament.In this study, we want to find the useful method of how to effective student's self-efficacy in the design of educational online game, also has discussed the importance of the self-efficacy for student' s study and the influence of the educational game for the student's self-efficacy. In order to draw on the design of online game which can effectively promote the player's self-efficacy, I select "QQ Chinese" as a case study of online games. First, from five aspects such as the role-playing mechanism, mission-driven mechanism, upgrade and incentive mechanisms, guide and assist mechanisms, interpersonal aspects of interaction mechanisms, I analyzed the case, and made a survey of the impact of these mechanisms for players' self-efficacy, to obtain some inspiration for the design of education online game. Then from the perspective of game design, summarized the drama, role, tasks, interactive systems design strategy of educational online game. In order to enhance learners' self-efficacy in the process of self-study of educational online game through the design, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of learning. Today, with the fast development of educational games, the research wants to provide new ideas and help for the current design and development of the educational online games.The innovation of this study have two points, one is from the perspective of inspiring self-efficacy to improve education game design strategy; the other is the design mechanism of the commercial online games which can inspire players' self-efficacy could to be used in the design of educational online game. Hope that through the design of educational online games, this study can assist the learner to enhance self-efficacy in the exploratory process of autonomous learning, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of learning.
