Language teaching in secondary school teaching of reading is often the most time-consuming, but has little effect, a high school student's reading ability has not enhanced, and it appears the phenomenon of stagnation and even retrogression. The author aims to study the subject, expect our teachers to secondary school students can gain knowledge of the cognitive stages of development, recognizing that the main body of students learning. Changes in the past, few students in reading, thinking time, but machinery, there is no standard answer assertive waiting there, just simply take notes, resulting in the creation of dependency thinking and psychological phenomenon. Also time to students, according to the context of existing knowledge of students and develop their own psychological basis, the habit of independent thinking and ability to read simple teaching into a main body of students in order to reflect the principle of active learning to read, so that equip students with appropriate and effective methods of reading, reading text with his own collection of related materials, the application of the theory to solve practical problems.
