In developmental and educational psychology, the amount of researches focusing on teaching activity and teaching skill is increasing. But few researches are about skill of teachers'morality assessment. This research hopes to do some deep research and analysis on skill of teachers'morality assessment.On the basis of summarizing national and international researches on skill of teachers'morality assessment, this research has used Psychometrics theories to compile a scale of skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment. The research has analyzed and summarized the definition and structure of skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment. The correlation research between skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment and factors of family and school has been done in this research. This thesis is composed of four parts.The first part is a foreword. This part mainly introduces the background, objective and significance of this research. Some experts'research on skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment has also been introduced.The second part is questionnaires scaling. On the basis of perusing relevant researches and having many interviews, the research has compiled a scale of skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment. The scale consists of 4 dimensions: use systematical standard of morality assessment, use scientific methods of morality assessment, cooperate more people and reduce subjective wrong of morality assessment. The scale has good reliability and validity. Besides compiling the scale, shanghai middle school teachers'home inventory and school inventory have also been compiled.The third part is the scale research. We reach the conclusions as follows: (1)There are significant differences in dimensions of skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment by individual basic situation variables including sex, grade, working period and leadership. (2)There are significant differences in dimensions of skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment by the school basic situation variables including school pressure, school climate, and there are significant correlation between skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment and school circumstance which including style of leadership, public trust, professional organization and provision. (3)There are significant differences in dimensions of skill of middle school teachers' morality assessment by the family basic situation variables including different family economical condition, level of parent'education, and there are significant correlation between skill of middle school teachers'morality assessment and family circumstance variables including relationship of family members, family atmosphere, family adaption, expression of affections, knowledge and entertainment.The fourth part is the research summary and prospect for further investigation in this field and some advice for middle school and middle school teachers.
