In the course of moral and rule of law in junior middle school, because of the particularity of the course nature,it is not true, comprehensive and concrete to evaluate students' ideological and moral only by means of examination scores, and it is easy to cause false evaluation. Therefore, the developmental evaluation which conforms to the new curriculum reform concept emerges as the times require. To a certain extent, this evaluation method makes up for the drawbacks of traditional evaluation and meets the needs of social development. However,as a new evaluation method, developmental evaluation also faces various problems in the application of moral and rule of law in junior high school. From the perspective of practical research, influenced by traditional evaluation, teachers' developmental evaluation ideas are not in-depth,challenged by examinations and entrance examinations, and the application of developmental evaluation in the classroom is lacking or even blank.Because developmental evaluation starts late, teachers lack feasible methodological guidance on how to use developmental evaluation. From the theoretical point of view,at present, many scholars at home and abroad have carried out research on developmental evaluation and achieved some results, but the research results are generally less, the research is not in-depth and is still in the preliminary stage of exploration. Many scholars have carried out research on it from the perspective of the whole teaching.Few studies have been conducted on the combination of developmental evaluation and specific disciplines. There are also some deficiencies and gaps in the research on how to use the expansibility evaluation in the moral and rule of law course of junior middle school. This paper discusses the developmental evaluation of Ideological and moral lessons in junior high school from six aspects. The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the research background, significance and current research situation at home and abroad. The second part will outline the theory of developmentalevaluation. The third part is the research part.It mainly investigates the actual situation of the development evaluation of moral and rule of law course in junior middle school from three aspects: the evaluation subject, content and evaluation method. The fourth part is the strategy of implementing developmental evaluation in moral and rule of law course in junior high school. The fifth part is to write a practical teaching plan for developing evaluation of moral and rule of law course in junior middle school, combining theory with practice. The sixth part is the presentation of implementation cases. This research is based on the existing research results of scholars, focusing on the combination of developmental evaluation and specific disciplines, and conducting in-depth field research in middle schools to understand the main problems existing in the application of developmental evaluation in moral and rule of law classes in junior middle schools at present,to think about specific feasible ways to solve practical problems from the point of view of problems, and to apply developmental evaluation to junior middle schools. In the classroom of morality and rule of law, students are evaluated developmentally, and good behavior of combining knowledge with practice is tried to help students form,so that political morality and rule of law education in junior high school can be internalized and externalized.
