As our country takes the value-orientation of"city first"for education, the education development between city and countryside is uneven, which has caused a series social problems, such as"school-choosing", drainage of teachers in country-side and etc. The uneven development of education, especially uneven teachers-disposal has brought to the attention from all sectors of the community. Our newly appointed education minister, Mr.Guiren Yuan, speaks that strengthening the construction of teaching-team and balancing the disposal of schoolmaster and teachers resource is an important part to realize the even development of education. In county area, practising city teachers to support countryside education will be an important measure to realize even disposal of teachers resource. The author hopes to study the problems how city teachers help the education in countryside, deepen the understanding about that, and reveal the deep reason why these problems exist. So that he can supply some directive guides and pertinent advices, which will make more city-teachers would go to teach in countryside and make the countryside students get quality education, thereby realize the even development of city and countryside.This paper mainly takes the methods of documentary-historical, interview and questianary survey, then combine quality with quantity, Basing on the perspective that the teachers from Qidong City teach in the countryside and combining relative theorys and methods of socioloty and pedagogy, it makes a concrete research and analysis. The survey finds that many teachers, from cities to teach in countryside, just aim at professinal evaluation. So it has given rise to some problems, such as irrational construction, lack of rural compulsory and non-standard of the urban of management. Hereby, we would analylize this matter from multi-aspects, such as not enough comprehensive understanding about the policy, lack of promotion, uneven disposal about teachers resourse between city and countryside, not in place of logistic gurantee, imperfect of execution and supervisory mechnism. Basing on this, the author makes a deep analysis about this problem by combining the theorys of some simple pedagogy and sociology with the practice.According to the result of empirical research, as a whole, the paper makes a further deliberation and present relative suggestions and counterplans. It points out that balancing teachers resource between city and countryside is a social system project, which needs multi-force to pull together, then make city-countryside education even-developed and impel the process of harmonious society faster.
