Vocational Ideological And Political Course Of Participatory Teaching Paradigms For Study

When ideological and political education is looked as a science, the research of teaching way is put in the front of education researcher and practice, because this not only will be revealed in the process of growing and maturing, till it becomes the important symbol of academics maturing; but also it contains the trend of this academics development, leading this subject to develop both in scope and in depth, and even achieving transformation and innovation in this subject. "participative teaching" is new classroom teaching method, the main theoretical foundations are motivation theories psychologically;expectancy theory of Fromm;hierarchy of needs theory from Maslow and Student-Based Education Theory raised by Professor Guo sile. Participative teaching is cooperative or interactive teaching method, embodying that students are main parts. This is new teaching idea, on the premise of equality between teachers and students, advocating learner-oriented;activity as main method;the progress of students as target. It pays close attention to understanding, communication, cooperation and interaction among main parts. Participative teaching has theory, practicing and policy foundation in ideological and political class of Senior Vocational School, rich and varied together with flexible. Participative teaching favors cooperation, contact ability, innovation ability among students and the quality of teachers. Current ideological and political class of Senior Vocational School is starting emphasizing practice and innovation, weakening "overrigid" knowledge;starting an era of people oriented, emphasizing personality and diversification. This raises higher requirement to the teachers in curriculum projects and teaching model in order to coordinate with the "participative teaching", then explore a new route for "participative teaching" in Senor Vocational school.
