College Students' Patriotic Education Research

Patriotism is a historical category, which is the fine tradition of Chinese nation and the core of national spirit. For young students, university life is an important period of establishing the view of world, life and values and an important preparation phrase towards society. As a college counselors, the author educates and guides students to establish and strengthen patriotism, and to combine professional study with lofty life goal pursuing, which is of great strategic significance. College Students are with the characteristics of ideological renovating, pluralistic thinking, opening behavior, individuation and self-oriention, etc. When suddenly facing broad vision and globalized development of economy and increasingly rich material and spiritual world, they inevitably encounter value hesitation and concept confliction. Therefore, perfecting the content and method of patriotism education is of great realistic significanceBased on the analysis of enhancing the patriotism education of college students, this thesis deeply analyzes the current status of the patriotic education of university students and related main problems, and on this basis proposes new strategies to strengthen patriotic educationThe first part of the education in patriotism and patriotic education students understand the concept, based on patriotic education of the students in the socialist modernization drive and build a socialist harmonious society important role in the grasp of current and improving the college education of patriotism importance of the analysisThe second part adopts the method of analysis and comparison to study the patriotic education of foreign students. Based on the current status of patriotic education in China, this thesis attempts to explore the inspiration of the study on patriotic education of foreign students on the education in China.The third part is the difficult point. Based on the objective analysis of current status of China's patriotic education, this thesis deeply analyzes the problems in the patriotic education in China. And the causes of these problems are analyzed, which provides references to improve the patriotic education.The fourth part is the key point of this thesis. In reference to foreign education, and in the grasp of the causes of current problems based on the education of undergraduates, the strategy of strengthening the patriotic education in university is proposed on the basis of four facets:the principles of patriotism, patriotism, educational channels, education content, education itself.
