With the highly developed the economic society,consumption is ubiquitous today. Even a pupil, he or she alsohas his or her own consuming behavior. However, inmacroscopical sight, the consumer education in China startslate, we haven't set up the whole system of consumer education,it is mainly manifested in that we haven't taken the consumereducation into the curriculum, and we are lack of materials thatfit to the pupils and short of the professional teachers whocan teach this kind of subject.,so the consumer education inChina only stays at the pilot phase, and few researches havebeen done on pupils'consumption behavior and their education.In microcosmical sight, the pupils in high grades are generallylack of scientific and systemic consumer education. They don'thave the integrated consumer knowledge. They are lack ofconsumer techniques; it is easy for them to be misdirected bythe bad advertisement. Therefore, it is urgent to guide theconsumer behavior of the pupils in high grades.Using action research mainly, this study is focused on theconsumer behavior of the pupils in high grades. At the firstplace, we analyze the pupils'consuming problems betweencommonness and individuality in the natural and real educationenvironment, according to the analyze ,we then carry outconsumer education activities for the pupils. Based on three cycles of actions, the macro-guidance (Collective consumereducation) and micro-guidance (Interview of personal consumer)are implemented. By this way, we can guide the consumerbehaviors of the pupils; summarize the effective ways ofconsumer education, so as to fill the gaps in the field of theaction research on consumer education.Results come out after the reserch: (1). it is good for thepupils in high grades to build up the civilized, scientific andgreen concept of consumption, get the consumer knowledge,improve the techniques of consumption, and develop the correcthabits of consumption by a well planned, organize, targetedconsumer education And it also promotes pupils changing theirconsumer behaviors, and improving their consumer quality. (2)The consumer education is affected by the pupils'differentpsychological features and personalities. The change ofconsumer behaviors is restricted by the habits of consumption.It has the features of reversal and indeterminacy. So It needsto build up the standing institution.Finally, this article revealed three defects of consumereducation. It also gives the suggestion on how to put theconsumer education into practice effectively aiming atfamilies, government and the system of the pupils'consumereducation.
