Theresearch Of Yanbian Area Returning Workers’s Consumer Behavior

In the process of rapid development of labor export to South Korea, a new consuming space and consumer market gradually formed in Yanbian area because of the impact of economic development and income increase. The workers returned to Yanbian area have been influenced by consumption attitudes and habits the South Korean, which result in the emergence of excessive consumption behavior in order to satisfy the vanity and catch up with the trend. On the current situation, advance consumption phenomenon of returning workers in Yanbian area is serious, and there is seriously excessive consumption behavior. However, the unhealthy consumption behavior brought significantly negative effect on personal life and social development. For example, the non-rational use of the family investment caused by the enjoying consumption increase personal life risk; the enjoying consumption behavior is not only beneficial to long-term stable development of economic, but also bring huge risk to the society, and so on. Therefore, based on research on personnel consumption behavior of the returning workers in Yanbian area, we analyzed and found the problems. Firstly, the guidance of government is not enough and the employment structure is contradictory. Secondly, national awareness is strong and consumption culture is prevalent; lastly, the value orientation is biased and the people are lack of awareness of development. On the basis of analysis, we put forward some suggestions on consumption behavior in the perspective of individuals, government and society. For the individual, we suggested that people improve the understanding of the relationship of "consumption and savings", transform the ideas of excessive consumption, establish the correct values and promote scientific consumption. For the government, we suggested that government should actively guide the investment, promote transformation of consumption culture, promote the adjustment of industrial structure; actively guide the invest of returned labor, implement preferential policies; play the role of the media and guide the transition of consumption culture. For the society, we suggested mobilize social forces to promote the rational consumption; strengthen community cohesion, promote scientific consumption and strengthen consumption guide.
