A consumer society research has orientation colour of the distinct culture research. To a certain extent, consumer society is also a popular culture society. Accordingly, consumer culture becomes the center of consumer society research agenda.According to people's the consumption demand level and satisfaction, combined with qualitative change characteristics of rural residents since reform and development. From Quantitative Angle, rural residents living consumption can be divided into three types:survival consumption, Warm and well-fed consumption and Well-off expense. In the survival expense, "impoverished" is an unavoidable question.In the severe challenge of modern form, how to adapt to the trend of cultural changes to make the national traditional culture and modern dock, to realize the modernization of national traditional culture, which are minority area's urgent need for important theoretical and practical solutions for modern development.Miao national minority being in the transition period., that should positively change development idea, with an open mind, to learn and accept advanced economic development experience, which are the transition breakthrough of Miao national minority.
