It is focus on the reform of teacher assessment since the newcurriculum reform has been put into effect. How to built a system ofteacher assessment in Middle and primary school, which is pluralistic,newly, beneficial to education for all-around development, make teachersmore creative, is becoming the most important thing of the educationreform nowadays. To build the system to promote teachers accomplishment,it must emphasize the analyses and rethink profoundly in teacher self.And it must build valuation system with self judges in teacher and otherappraises method.This paper makes qingyun middle school as a study case. Our objectof study is student evaluating classroom teaching quality. Aim is toanalyze the course of developing and carrying out a special classroomteaching evaluation system. A following diagnosis survey activity is toimprove the former system integrating with scientific evaluation researchtheories and methods. Make sure to set up an evaluation system that issuitable for this school. Meanwhile, By analyzing statistics information,we make conclusions that the mark which students evaluate teachers'classroom teaching quality is closely related to the students'studyscore. Hoping to gain enlightenment from making the change of classroomteaching elements develop and enhance the students'study score and otheraspects of individual development. I hope that it has enlighteningeffect on the side of promoting the quality of classroom teaching andimproving the student's academic performance.Although there are so many monograph with reference to the way ofteacher assessment on classroom teaching, and although there are so manyother articles which written by the front-line teachers who has theexperienced teachering methods and under the ground of curriculum reform,there are few articles about the chemistry teacher self-evaluation on the classroom. So I want to do something to contribute building the standardof the chemistry teacher self-evaluation and do some good to the new roundof curriculum reform.The specific content of this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the background of research and the problem. Reflecton the traditional evaluation on the chemistry classroom , describe thespirit of second curriculum reform and the request of the reform on subjectclassroom teaching evaluation, and analysis the status of the classroomevaluation in middle school.The second part is literature review on teacher self-evaluation onthe classroom. Compare the research in country and the relevant currentlytheoretical foundation at home and abroad, which serve as the foundationof setting the standard.The third part is setting the standard of teacher self-evaluation onchemistry classroom, Which combine the features of school and subject anddeepen the reform.The fourth part is putting the standard into practice. Make aconclusion by data processing and note the points of executing processes.The fifth part is re-evaluation on evaluation. We must reflect andimprove continually by put it into practice. And it's becoming moreand more important. I illustrate the practicality and necessity on thisresearch program further. And by thinking deep thoughts, I hope it canhelp to perfect the research on teaching self-evaluation of chemistryclassroom in meddle school. I also hope it become the useful research underthe current forms of education, which is more suitable for the requestof education and more corresponding with the principle of curriculumreform.
