Education can only be based on talent and possibilities to promote human development, but can not change the nature of born. No one can be aware of their sleeping to need education to wake people are not aware of. Therefore, education can not go to plan overall, but should be crafted individual. Traditional education is examination-oriented education, emphasis on the effectiveness of teaching in the classroom teaching, that is, the change in student achievement. With the changes in the environment in recent years, the student body increasingly heavy pressure, psychological problems are more prominent.
