being,improving the efficiency of classroom teaching has always been a problem explored by the education circle.All kinds of teaching theory emerge in endlessly,all kinds of teaching practice come one after another,let a person be overwhelmed.In the 1960 s,American scientist linsley put forward the educational concept of accurate teaching to improve the quality of basic education in the United States.Accurate teaching practice has been tepid,in the 1990 s,the rapid development of information technology,precise teaching began to perk up,this paper is intended to make a supported by information technology(intellectual who)precision high school classroom teaching evaluation standards,and auxiliary suzhou W school teachers to improve teaching efficiency.The research process of this study is as follows: Through literature review and interviews,the theoretical basis for the formulation of evaluation standards is found,which mainly includes five aspects: teaching objectives of senior high schools,curriculum standards of senior high schools,relevant scientific theories,accumulated experience in practice and evaluation status of Suzhou W Middle School.These five aspects are not only consistent with the national education philosophy,but also refer to the current research content of accurate teaching,and at the same time coincide with the teaching status of W Middle School.According to the theoretical basis of five aspects,the preliminary proposed index system was proposed,and then the revised index system was finally obtained after consultation,theoretical demonstration,expert evaluation and experimental verification.Then,according to the results of interview and consultation,the weight of each index was determined by using ah P and dual comparison method.The results show that the weight of the index system is reasonable.After the index system is determined,evaluation criteria are formulated.The establishment of evaluation standards comes from two aspects,one is literature extraction,the other is interview.After the establishment of the evaluation index system and evaluation standard,SPSS18.0 software was used to test the quality of the evaluation standard,including the validity and validity of the index system,as well as the difficulty and discrimination degree of the evaluation standard.Finally,summarize and give Suggestions.The research conclusions of this study mainly include: The first-level indexes of "high school classroom Accurate teaching evaluation standard" are: pre-class preparation,teaching process and after-class evaluation;The second-level indexes are learning situation analysis,teaching plan design,precise teaching,teacher-student interaction,student learning efficiency and student learning performance.The evaluation criteria are closely related to the information platform intellectual learning network,with a total of 24.With the help of software SPSS18.0,the reliability of the indicator system is 0.761,between 0.7 and 0.8,indicating that the indicator system has a good reliability.KMO and Bartleet tests were carried out on the data,KMO=0.665,P=0<0.001,indicating that the data could be used for principal component analysis.Three principal components can be extracted from the data through principal component analysis,which can explain 0.825 data.According to the rotation component matrix,it can be seen that each component mainly consists of two factor loads,which indicates that the validity of the index system is more reasonable.In order to evaluate the difficulty and differentiation of the evaluation criteria,30 teachers of W Middle School in Suzhou were evaluated.The maximum difficulty value of the evaluation standard is 0.98,the minimum difficulty value is 0.20,and the average difficulty value is 0.73.Generally speaking,the difficulty value of the evaluation standard is distributed between 0.39 to 0.9,and the difficulty value is reasonable.Degree of differentiation of more than 0.4 evaluation criteria have 10,degree of differentiation between 0.3 to 0.39 the evaluation criteria of article 6,degree of differentiation in the evaluation criteria are 0.19 + 3,article 5 evaluation standard to distinguish the degree is less than 0.19,accounted for twenty-one percent of all the evaluation criteria,is far less than one-third of all indicators,that the degree of differentiation of this evaluation criteria is reasonable."High school classroom precision teaching evaluation standard" is based on the developmental target evaluation model,combined with the research status of W middle school in suzhou city.It is the development and test of the developmental target model,but also to assist the teachers in W middle school to better use the intellectual network,more accurate analysis of learning situation,so as to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.From the quality inspection,we can see that the difficulty and differentiation of the evaluation standard are not good,so before being put into use,further inspection is needed to make appropriate modifications according to the needs.
