Shaanxi Education For Sustainable Development Of The Dynamic Mechanism

In the times of knowledge economy, higher education plays a more and more important role in national development. How to optimize the power and achieve the sustainable development of higher education, become a hot issue in academic circles. Shaanxi, as an important province of higher education and one of underdeveloped western China provinces, has the typical in provincial higher education research. Based on the analysis of Shaanxi higher education, it is meaningful to study the dynamic mechanism of sustainable development.With studying the theories of higher education sustainable development, and the dynamic mechanism, this paper elaborates the meanings, factors and dynamic mechanism of sustainable development clearly. By analyzing the factors of economy, concepts, structures and resources of Shaanxi higher education development, the paper discussed the advantages including the scale of development, key disciplines, talent pool, and the scientific & technological level, expound the disadvantages including realistic basis, education funding, discipline, faculty and educational resources. Then, it discussed the external powers of scientific and technological progress, the public demand, supply personnel, times and the development protection, and the internal powers of subject construction, educational philosophy, campus culture and enrollment adjustments, inter-school competition & cooperation. On the basis, with the principles of ongoing, advanced, coordinated and systematic of sustainable development, the author researched the dynamic mechanism of Shaanxi higher education sustainable development in protection, needs, guidance, motivation four respects.
