Study On The Dynamic Mechanism And Optimization Of Research Tourism

With the transformation and upgrading of China's tourism industry and the all-round promotion of quality education,research tourism,which is the new form of tourism produced by the integration of tourism and education,is gradually attracting the attention of the tourism industry and tourism academia.At present,a series of policies of research tourism issued by relevant national government departments provide support and guarantee for the vigorous development of research tourism.However,at this stage,the theoretical research of research tourism lags far behind the practical development,resulting in some problems in research tourism,such as the fuzzy identification of the relationship between tourism and learning,the gradual homogenization of research tourism products,the disorder of research tourism market,the uneven quality of research tourism instructors and the lack of characteristics in the construction of research tourism base,which lead to the lack of driving force for the development of research tourism and have affected the sustainable and healthy development of research tourism.In view of this,based on the existing research results,this study intends to deeply discusses the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development of research tourism,constructs the structural model of dynamic mechanism of research tourism,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of dynamic mechanism of research tourism according to the research results.It is of great significance and value to enrich the theory of research tourism and study the sustainable development of the practice of research tourism.In terms of theoretical analysis,based on combing and analyzing the existing research results of research tourism,and combined with the theory of tourism power system,the theory of tourism motivation and the theory of tourism sustainable development,this study discusses the connotation of dynamic mechanism of research tourism from the perspective of system and sustainable development.This study holds that the dynamic mechanism of research tourism is the structural system and action principle of mutual influence and restriction among the driving factors promoting the development and evolution of research tourism in the context of research tourism.Then,under the guidance of grounded theory method,this study systematically extracts the dynamic factors affecting the sustainable development of research tourism through three-level coding analysis of the interview data collected from in-depth interviews,then constructs the initial conceptual model of dynamic mechanism of research tourism according to the proposed research hypothesis of dynamic mechanism of research tourism.In terms of empirical analysis,this study distributed questionnaires to groups with research tourism experience in order to obtain first-hand research data.Then,SPSS25.0software is used for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability test,exploratory factor analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis and AMOS24.0 software is used for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis on the research data to explore the overall cognition of the dynamic mechanism of research tourism and verify the research hypothesis and initial conceptual model of the dynamic mechanism of research tourism.Finally,it comes to the structural model of the dynamic mechanism of research tourism,which is composed of five dynamic factors: motivation of research tourism,quality of research tourism products,quality of research tourism instructors,image of research tourism destination and norm of research tourism policy.It is found that there is a significant correlation between these five dynamic factors;Norm of research tourism policy,image of research tourism destination and motivation of research tourism have a significant direct impact on the development of research tourism,while the quality of research tourism products and the quality of research tourism instructors have no significant direct impact on the development of research tourism.In terms of countermeasures and suggestions,based on the results of comprehensive theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this study believes that only by continuously promoting the norm of research tourism policies through government financial support,government publicity and guidance and research tourism's industry standards;continuously promoting the image of research tourism destination by creating a good safety environment,optimizing a clean and sanitary environment and improving necessary facilities and equipment;effectively strengthening people's motivation of research tourism through the motivation of seeking knowledge,innovation and pleasure;deeply improving the quality of research tourism products by designing unique themes,innovating creative experience,improving product guarantee and enriching product types;and comprehensively improving the quality of research tourism instructors by enriching professional knowledge,improving professional ability and enhancing professional quality,can we optimize the dynamic mechanism of research tourism and then promote the sustainable and healthy development of research tourism.
