As an international language, English got more and more people's attention.Take the new curriculum standard promulgation as the symbol, our country elementary education reform entered a new time. The comprehensive training and English language ability of students to become problem can not be ignored, while the spoken language ability is a comprehensive capacity development in students of English an indispensable part of it. Although spoken English is increasing awareness of the importance of students speaking ability has also been more and more attention, the students the ability to communicate in English is also gradually increased, but by the examination-oriented education in the junior high school students speaking ability In comparison, is still relatively weak.On the constructivism learning theory, the second language acquisition theories, cognitive learning theory, the theory of proximal development at home and abroad, related literature, based on a thorough investigation, the author adopts questionnaire, individual interview methods, the master relevant junior high school students of English learning situation, then analyzed firsthand material, oral English in junior high school students cultivate achievements and existing problems, and puts forward strategies for cultivating students of English speaking ability.
