To enhance the young people's Physique and developing positive health habits and interest in physical exercise. The Chinese government launched On the strengthening of youth sports and enhance their physical views. As the sunlight sports developing, how to improve it has become urgent major theoretical and practical issues that need to solve.This thesis in the study process of Key Middle School in Shandong Province, the situation of the sunlight sports was mainly used with Literature material method, Expert interview method, Survey method and so on.In Shandong development sunlight sports investigating, Physical Quality Standard spirit and requirements of Key Middle School in Shandong Province implemented the sunlight sports influencing factors were analyzed to construct viable development model for policy-making departments. In order to make the comprehension and development of students. Shandong province need to implement aspects of sunlight sports relevant information, to improve the focus of students, to provide reliable reference, to promote comprehensive sunlight sports, science, and orderly manner.The results show that:1. The Shandong Province Key Middle school carries on the situation difference which the sunlight sports propagandize to be very big, the propaganda still insufficiently arrived, not yet has the entire society's support.2. The Shandong Province Key Middle school sunlight sports develop in the process, various schools the value degree which manages to the sunlight sports' organization enhance unceasingly, and defers to the Ministry of Education Document Stipulation Formulation Related Organization control system, has established the special organization management structure, has laid the good foundation for the development sunlight sports.3. The Shandong Province Key Middle school students have the interest very much to the school development's physical education and each kind of sports, looked from the sex, the male student likes the sunlight sports' proportion being probable to be higher than the female student slightly, in the sunlight sports implement in the process, the student and takes the degree the sunlight sports' participation enthusiasm to be irregular, existence big difference.4. The Shandong Province Key Middle school sunlight sports' configuration of organization mainly divides into the school and extracurricular two "the position", in the school the part mainly displays in the sports classroom, the extracurricular sports two forms, the extracurricular part mainly has forms and so on family sports and community sports.5. The Shandong Province Key Middle school gym instructor teachers wait for enhancing; Before the sports funds increase the sports location facility's degree of satisfaction compares the development improve, but still could not satisfy the school sports work the demand, needs to further expand the investment.6. Actual situation which develops in view of the present Shandong Province Key Middle school sunlight sports, the overall evaluation each kind of influencing factor, constructs the Shandong Province key middle school region sunlight sports development model, may provide the effective theory and the method support for the promotion middle school sunlight sports' development.
