The New Environment, College Students Privacy

For all the time, here is a long way for our country to go in the perfection of citizens' privacy. Especially, for the protection of the privacy of university students---the prominent intellectuals, little has been concerned. As the development of internet technology, we grudually enter into an information age. The features of the new age enable the legal protection for the students' privacy to encounter new challenges.This thesis analyses the problem from the relationship between theory and law. Connecting with the background, it decomposes the exist and cause of the problem deeply from different point of views. Furthermore, in association with the modern university idea and the social envrioment, this thesis discusses the necessity of protecting university students' privacy. At the same time, through the analysis and cmparison, from the point of law and rule, the construction of university insititution, the improvement of information technology, and the training of moral knowledge, the thesis creatively proposes the principle approaches to protect the privacy of university students.
