Era of knowledge economy, the trend of scientific development branch, and the growing trend for integrated, cross-cutting between the various disciplines and permeability reached an unprecedented level of development of science has entered a new era - era of Big Science. In the era of big science, science and technology is no longer a decentralized individual research, but emphasizes collaboration and team wisdom of a certain size of group research. With technological progress and knowledge innovation on increasing the contribution of socio-economic development, research and innovation as facilitator of the University, team development and growing awareness of the importance of cooperation and innovation.Therefore, the University has greatly promoted the development of scientific and technological innovation team. How to build a high performance team of scientific and technological innovation, improve the University's research and innovation, selection and training of the personnel with scientific and technological innovation, to become higher education administrators and researchers focus on issues of common concern. China University of Science and Technology Innovation development of the whole team is still in its infancy, most of the team is also limited to the same school within the same discipline, interdisciplinary team of complementary, integrated and efficient use of resources not yet fully realized, there are still some of the team set goals not clear enough, the original team is not strong innovation ability, lack of high-quality scientific research personnel plaque and team knowledge sharing is not enough and so on. University of technological innovation in the analysis of the development team in the outstanding problems and summarize the successful experience of team development based on Macro, meso, and micro levels made great efforts to promote the development of the University of Science and Technology Innovation Strategy team. First, the State Government should develop high-level goals, incentives and scientific team evaluation mechanism for the development of the University of Science and Technology Innovation team and create a favorable environment for scientific research; second university should change its hierarchical management style, and increase investment in science and technology conditions for innovation to provide strong support team; third, from the perspective of knowledge management, tacit knowledge through strengthening the management of the University of technological innovation to promote knowledge sharing team: to create a knowledge-sharing environment, dynamic team formation, establishment of protection mechanisms for tacit knowledge, the establishment of knowledge management platform.
