At present, the study on communicative activity learning is only at the exploratory stage,there is no systematic study。In schools, some teachers have begun to try to do some teaching practice。However, the majority of teachers are lack of systematic understanding on the theory and practice guidance , which is the difficulty of implementation of communicative activity learning。The dissertation is divided into four parts:Part I:To do the literature review on history and development of the theory。at present,the study on communicative activity learning is only at the exploratory stage, there is no systematic study yet。Part II: Based on the literature analysis,the article summarizes and concludes the meaning,characteristics and manifestations of the communicative activity learning。communicative activity learning is a type of activity learning which is defined as that the teachers and students in the learning process to use communication as the medium, knowledge as the carrier, the activity as the main form,to use the knowledge, feelings, attitudes, value for information exchange and interaction in order to complete the activity task and promote students'learning。Part III:To analyze the status quo of the implementation of communication activity learning in primary and secondary schools,through a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire results and classroom observation. At present, the teachers are lack of theoretical guidance and student communication needs are neglected ,which are the main problems of the communicative activity learning implement in primary and secondary schools ,the article will make recommendations。Part IV: Based on the theory of inductive and empirical analysis ,to propose framework of communicative activity learning implementation and implementation requirements.
