Humane Quality Education Management Issues And Their Countermeasures Research

With the development of the knowledge-based economy, humanistic education receives more and more attention in fields of higher education.The quality of it becomes an important factor in evaluating colleges'general level.Viewing US and Japan's transformation on their university management,we could see that humanistic education accounts for a very large proportion among all those effective factors.Thus,how should the management work to fit our colleges'management system and how can humanistic education resources be optimally allocated would be of great practical significance for the development of our colleges' humanistic education.On the basis of summing up successful management modes abroad and taking them for reference, this paper deeply analyzes problems in our colleges'humanistic education mechanism, puts forward their negative effects and finally brings suggestions to solve these matters.First, process and analysis colleges'systems,that already has,of humanistic education home and abroad, and analysis management's influences on humanistic education in details.Then, on basis of analyzing colleges'management, this paper, aiming at existing problems of our country's management, makes some surveys and researches,and through a series of analyzing and arranging, comes to the conclusion that there are some differences between the expected and practical effects of colleges' humanistic education. On digging out these differences, it puts out problems that exist to affect colleges'management on humanistic education and the negative effects that they would produce.At last, combining different countries'experience on colleges'management of humanistic education, this paper makes measurements on how to cope with problems in our country, such as perfecting colleges'management of humanistic education, and broadening colleges'ways of humanistic education, and reaches perfect management ultimately.
