The share-ownership school is the reference of the successful experience of in the economic field. It induced the share-ownership institution into education and made it becoming a new type of many schooling systems of private education. The share-ownership school collects education funding and reforms the model of educational management via share-ownership institution. However, it's different between education and the economy, schools and businesses, share-ownership school is more inclined to the public interest and the school itself. Financing of high efficiency is the most previous superiority relative to other private schools. The share-ownership institution is benefit to shareholders' stock investment risks and encourages the public's enthusiasm on the education, with the higher requirement of the funds'stability. The share-ownership school implements the system of principal responsibility under the leader of board of directors, and pays more attention to the scientific level of management. The share-holders only gain the dividends. Previously, the share-ownership school brings new vitality to the traditional education institution. As a brave try to the modern school system, it is of important significance for the reform and development of education institution, especially for the private education. At the same moment, the share-ownership school also has some problems, such as if it should be profit, the way of returning the share-holders, internal governance structure, etc. Thus, the share-ownership school appears with both applauses and questions. Scholars all have their own viewpoints; many of them are on the opposition firmly. That will be harmful to the study on the systematic theory and the development of the share-ownership school.
