This paper is about the investigating research of the relationship between Hakka and She Zu(ethnic minority group), which tries to find answers to many problems such as the construction of She Zu culture, changes of ethnic identity, and two tribes relationship. In order to have a detailed description of the process of Lan clan people admitted again to She Zu, which once belonged to Hakka tribe for a period, this research has choosen Tiancun village in Xinfeng county as a typical case, and appeal to historical documents and materials, participant observation and depth interview approaches. Furthermore, by ways of analysis the ethnic identity of She Zu and Hakka people, the modern construction pattern of She culture, this paper want to give an explanation of the connotation of She Zu and Hakka relation.Gannan is a special area featured in geography and culture, where Hakka and She Zu has lived together, thus creating comprehensive tribal contact and acculturation.The research of tribal relationships between Hakka and She tribes in Gannan is a typical and representative one. based on the research of Tiancun Village, a typical one where Hakka and She tribes live together, combining a general understanding of history, culture and mutual relationship of the two tribes, several new ways of constructing modern tribal culture in Southern Jiangxi has been put forward in this paper, namely, grafting culture, using local materials, and reviving traditions. Meanwhile, views on the tribal relationship in Gannan are also including:first, both cultures are the outcome of modern cultural construction and revival; second, one tribe of Han people, serves as a bridge and a buffer, connecting other tribes and easing conflicts; third, exchange roles for historic reasons. The research of Tiancun Village shows that Hakka and She tribes in Gannan went through stages of Han to She, She to Hakka, and Hakka to She, and that they still flexibly has exchanged roles nowdays.
