Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Heilongjiang Province, Southeast Of The Township School Sports Development

PE in township schools is an important part of country P.E,it directly influences the development of PE career.However, this had a great effect upon many factors,there is a large cap between city's PE and the country one.It is not ony good for the development of PE in The south-east part of Hei Longjiang province,but good for the development of PE at nation wide and set a good example,by researching restrictive factors of the development of country PE,at the same time,I brought up some useful suggestions.Through studying the case of The south-east part of Hei Longjiang province, this dissertation had a comprehensive investigation with the restrictive factors of development of country P.E,at the end brought up some feasible suggestions. The research states that examination-oriented education ,being short of fund in P.E. lacking equipments ,loose teaching administration ,being short of P.E.teachers and unqualified teachers are the five main factors that restrict development of P.E. in town middle school In accordance with this five main restrictive factors ,combinging with town economic situation ,education polices,the writer had made a deep analysis ,states that intrinsic reason of these restrictive factors are low economic development,relatively poor education ,neglecting of P.E.in town school and urban-oriented education policy.The author consider that there are great deal of questions that the town school of exists,the development causing sport of town school not to be smooth ,make the sound development of town school student's body and mind influenced ,has caused some negative effects to development of educational undertaking to a certain extent.To these questions, this thesis put forward the corresponding couterneasure:Firstly, correting attitude; renewing idea in P.E. putting school P.E. ,in the right position; secondly strengthen and know to the sports importance of the school,guarantee sports of the school is launched ; thirdly increasing investment in P.E. improving the construction lf playground and gymnasium,improving the conditions of town school; forthly proceed from the reality and make the relevant policies systerm of suiting sports of town school.
