| National health is the strategic theme of building a "healthy China".In order to truly achieve "the whole nation",it is still in the vast rural areas of China.As an important sports platform and unit of grassroots culture and township space,township schools have an unshirkable responsibility to implement the fundamental task of "establishing morality and cultivating people",adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first",and promote the healthy and high-quality development of adolescents.With the promulgation of the Regulations on School Physical Education Work,Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education Work in the New Era,and the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan,the Party and the state have provided the policy organization guarantee and reform and development ideas for schools,and also made the blueprint and direction of the future development of township school physical education clearer.However,at present,the main contradiction of sports development in towns and villages in our country has become the contradiction between the people’s increasing demand for high-quality education and the uneven development of education.The uneven development between urban and rural areas and between regions leads to the uneven distribution of educational resources among schools.In this paper,the present situation of school physical education in township primary and secondary schools in Sandu Shui Autonomous County of Guizhou Province is taken as the breakthrough point.9 primary and secondary schools in Dahe Town,Hejiang Town and Dujiang Town,which have a large number of schools in the east,west and north of Sandu County,are selected as the research scope by field research,literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 435 students,19 physical education teachers and 9 school administrators,and the analysis was carried out from eight dimensions,including school physical education system construction,funding investment,infrastructure,teachers,curriculum,extracurricular sports activities,students’ physical education cognition and students’ physical health.To explore the key factors influencing the development of school physical education in township primary and middle schools in Sandu County.Through logical analysis and reasoning,the following conclusions are drawn: Sandu County township school sports development foundation is weak;School physical education development lag;The learning evaluation system is not perfect;The physical health level of students is not optimistic;Unbalanced structure of physical education teachers;Student sports needs are not being met.In view of the above research conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of township school physical education in Sandu County are put forward:(1)strengthening the construction and management of school physical education system;(2)Improve the supervision and incentive mechanism;(3)Build a multi-dimensional evaluation system of school physical education;(4)Increase investment in sports funds and broaden investment channels;(5)Adopting physical education teaching methods according to local conditions;(6)Constructing traditional ethnic characteristic physical education curriculum;(7)Optimizing the structure of township physical education teachers;(8)The operation mechanism of promoting the integration of urban and rural physical education.In order to promote the benign development of township school physical education in Sandu County and optimize the allocation of educational resources,this paper finds out the most direct root causes and adverse factors according to the problems existing in the current situation of township school physical education in Sandu County,and puts forward feasible countermeasures to promote the development of township school physical education in Sandu County.At the same time,I hope it can arousethe local school administrators,teachers and parents pay attention to the students’ physical education,and provide some reference opinions for the township schools in the same situation in our country. |
