In2010, the state promulgated the "national medium and long-term educationreform and development outline" and "the several opinions on the currentdevelopment of pre-school education under the state council, each region alsorespectively establish the action plan for preschool education in three years, a plan ofaction to develop preschool education career, the province gradually construct areasonable pre-school education service system as the next three years the totalobjectives of the development of preschool education, especially to speed up thedevelopment of rural preschool education as the key. Town center kindergarten(hereinafter referred to as the town center garden) in the rural system of kindergartenplay an exemplary and leading role, is the villages and towns of preschool educationresearch center, to drive the local rural preschool education career development playsan important role. With the implementation of the three years in a plan of action, theconstruction of large-scale, high speed kindergarten, can really solve the problem ofrural preschool education? In the process of construction are there any questions?With the consideration of these problems, based on the research of villages and townsin gansu province center kindergarten development present situation as thebreakthrough point, through the study of the quality and quantity,78%of the villagesand towns in gansu province center kindergarten is58shall present situation hascarried on the comprehensive analysis of the construction of the poverty-strickencounties, in order to a comprehensive understanding and grasp of its status quo, thevillages and towns to have certain reference significance for the development of ruralpreschool education.This study found that the problems existing in the township center kindergartenconstruction in gansu province are:1, the education resources are still insufficient;2,teachers supplement construction lag;3, the coordinated development of thecontradiction.
