In the trend of the development of the economic globalization and regional economic integration, the development of modern logistics industry has become a new growth point of economic development in China, the social and economic development also booming demand for high-level logistics talents of our country since the late 90 s, and ever since theory and practice of logistics engineering have been discussed.so far, our country have more than 85 schools made logistics engineering project for postgraduate qualification.With the development of logistics industry in our country,the cultivation of logistics talents has also been more and more attention from society and universities. Many colleges and universities have set up the logistics in the groping master’s degree in engineering, and applied to enterprises of high-quality talents for the society to make efforts, compared with the previous professional master graduate student, full-time master of logistics engineering itself has certain particularity. In this study, based on the present logistics based on the analysis of the engineering professional master’s teaching research, logistics engineering master’s psychological contract implementation, the relationship between job behaviors and job performance as the research object, combined with the mature theory of research both at home and abroad, constructs the hypothesis model between the various elements: master of logistics engineering relationship between psychological contract and job search behavior of theoretical assumptions; A theory hypothesis of psychological contract and job performance relationship; Job search behavior and the performance of the employment relationship.In this study, based on the present logistics based on the analysis of the engineering professional master’s teaching research, logistics engineering master’s psychological contract implementation, the relationship between job behaviors and job performance as the research object, combined with the mature theory of research both at home and abroad, constructs the hypothesis model between the various elements: master of logistics engineering relationship between psychological contract and job search behavior of theoretical assumptions; A theory hypothesis of psychological contract and job performance relationship; Job search behavior and the performance of the employment relationship.Empirical research part of the main content is the questionnaire, questionnaire corrective,questionnaire distributed, questionnaire to collect, selection methods, quantitative analysis of several aspects. Taking Tianjin university of technology, tianjin university, Nankai university as the research sample, out 200 copies of questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 183 copies. This study used two software SPSS16.0 and SmartPLS2.0 factor analysis was carried out on the sample data and the fitting test, on this basis, the hypothesis of this paper are verified, there are 13 hypothesis by examining the 16 hypothesis.Hypothesis are as follows:Through the theoretical research and empirical research, this paper get the following conclusion:master of logistics engineering was significantly associated with psychological contract and job search behavior; Logistics engineering master’s psychological contract to perform the job intensity and independent job have positive positive influence; Logistics engineering master’s psychological contract performance of its employment have a positive positive influence; Master of logistics engineering job search behavior and its significant correlation between job performance.Finally, the paper on the basis of empirical research, for the interpretation of the relevant hypothesis conclusion and analysis, and the various colleges and universities in Tianjin logistics engineering graduate training scheme and mechanism put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions, on the other hand, in the end part of the future research provides a feasible research fields and direction.
