In recent years,the phenomenon of large class size has slowly withdrawn from the stage of history with the reform of education,but it still exists in some regions with relatively poor economic development.In this context,to make students develop better,it is particularly important for all educational basic workers to be able to use class construction to make students develop in an all-round way under the premise of large class size.This study collates,as well as the situation of large size,researching on several secondary schools in Zhongxian,Chongqing,and compares the normal scale with the typical scale,selects teachers and students to conduct research,showing the difficulty of class management in the context of large class size,and adopts the action research method to conduct a one-year study of the two classes taught by myself.Actively seek effective strategies to promote class team building.The main achievements of the action research on class team building in XX Junior Middle School in Zhong County,Chongqing City are as follows: to make class better and stronger;to promote students’ integrated development;to improve teachers’ professional level;to improve moral education of students.On the other hand,there are also many problems: the differences between urban area and rural primary and junior high schools are great and significant,the school distance is serious,the degree of family attention is not enough,teenagers are more focus on students themselves than team cooperation.It is believed that the head teacher plays a very important role in the construction of the class management team.The conclusion is that to build the whole class team,the first thing to do is to pay attention to the construction of class group,mainly to cultivate the cohesion of class group;Secondly,team building should rely on team cooperation;Finally,rely on co-education between home and school,use parents’ resources to promote the harmonious development of students.Put forward suggestions for large class size from three aspects of class routine management,from cultural construction to team construction.Do a good job in the basic construction and cultural inheritance of class management,and do a good job in the communication between junior high school and senior high school,hence,we can extend this cultural spirit to the next step of students.
