In the context of the international community,members of society are required to learn to live together and gradually build a social community.People are group-oriented,and only in the collective life can they better highlight their individuality.Class,as the basic unit of school education and teaching,also need to respond to international calls.Under the reform of new basic education in our country,the goal of "returning the class to the students and making the class full of growth" is put forward,and we are committed to improving the quality of life and spiritual state of teachers and students in class life.After in-depth practice and consulting relevant literatures,it is found that although researchers have done a lot of discussions on the practical problems of class management,there are still some deficiencies in theory and practice.There are three main problems in this study: Firstly,which class form is more accurate? Secondly,does class management need to focus on instrumentality or humanity? Thirdly,how to effectively deal with the relationship? Due to the different positioning of managers on the class shape and the deviation of the directionality of management concepts,there must be different emphasis on the choice of management mode,so the motivation for research on how to effectively manage the class is emerging.On the basis of existing research,this study reviews the current status of class management by scholars at home and abroad,that is,the unity of class organization,the educational nature of management values,the standardization of class management content,and the aesthetics of environmental management and the relevance of the class management process were sorted out and related concepts were defined.Then,from the perspective of Plato's "Soul-turning",the research reveals the content of the turn.Combined with the actual situation of first-grade class management in a primary school in Chengdu,the theory and practice are combined to further explore the management strategy of the ideal class.Furthermore,it finds the relationship between the principle content and the class management.Finally,it reveals the importance of the ideal class management to realize the "Soul-turning".This research is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.This part explained the origin and proposal of the problem,the purpose of the study,the significance of the research,and the current status of research at home and abroad by consulting relevant materials.The core concepts related to this research were defined,and the research methods were determined by combining topics.The second part is the general principles of ideal class management.This part is mainly explained from four aspects.First of all,the main points of Plato's "Soul-turning" are summarized through three metaphors.Secondly,the cognitive,emotional,and will of the "Soul-turning" is summarized from the viewpoint.The third part is a survey of the current situation of class management in primary school.This section defines the research environment and objects,and mainly collects and analyzes the relevant data content of the actual situation of class management of six first-class teachers in a primary school in Chengdu through observation and interview methods.The fourth part analyzes the problems in class management in primary schools.This part mainly finds out the main problems in the current class management of the primary school based on the content of the current situation investigation.Then the research analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of class management on cognition,emotion,and will.Finally it draws inspiration from the problems.The fifth part is the strategy of ideal class management.This part is based on the actual situation of the current primary school on class management and closely follows the content of "Soul-turning".The goal of management has shifted from one-sided to comprehensive thinking.Class activities diversified from single to diversified.Interpersonal relationships in the class shift from individual to collective.The creation of the class environment focuses on the combination of explicit and implicit.
