Radar signal simulation is an important method used in modern radar system design&verification, which runs through the whole reseach&design of a radar. With the development of modern radar ,the more complex it is,the higher its demand is. The mass storage and the high speed transfer which are the outstanding question ,therefore,we must use a mass and high speed storage to be a buffer of a radar signal simulator, and select an appropriate interface ,so as to transfer data from the computer to the buffer with high speed.Traditionally, the radar signal simulator uses the parallel interface to implement the data transfer ,for instance, PCI or EPP.The two parallel interfaces have either the discommodiousness and the bad anti-jamming or the slow speed .So this thesis brings forward a method which uses USB2.0 interface and SDRAM MODULES to design a mass and high speed storage block. This thesis discusses mainly the design of hardware and software, and the implementation of the transfer and store of the radar signal simulator'data. The main work in this thesis is as follows:1 , Have completed the design of the storage block and the drawing of PCB. 2, Have completed the firmware design of cy7c68013 and the controller design ofSDRAM MODULES.3 , Have completed the WDM driver design and application design of storage block. 4, Have completed the installation of the hardware, the debug of the hardware and software of the storage block, giving the testing results of the storage block. The data transfer speed of the testing of storage block is about 10Mbyte/s when a single byte is written from computer to SDRAM MODULES,.The results of simulation and testing indicates we arrive at the anticipate goal.
