In molding process of resinous matrix composites by hot-pressing, many complicated physical and chemical changes exist and many intricate factors affect quality of the products, such as temperature and pressure. Computer control system for its formation process is the guarantee of high quality of final products, and it also makes the whole process much reliable. The task of this paper is to design a temperature and pressure control system, which inspects and collects the datum of temperature and pressure in molding process, and export the control command.The allocation of the control system is the current selection. A common industry control computer is introduced to the design to certify the reliability. In the control of temperature a special module is used to achieve better effect. In the control of pressure PLC is used, with which we design an integrated control system.The control system combines traditional control and intelligent control together. In the system of temperature control, based on analysis of heat conduct, we established a control model of the process. To meet the characteristic of the computer, intelligent control system was added to the control system. The string control is used in the temperature control system, in which the main controller is fuzzy PID. We have also studied the system of hydraulic pressure, and established the control model of pressure of the hot-pressing machine, its transfer function is reduced.An easy to perform and reliable software system through Kingview was developed, the software system is excellent. it has powerful function, such as: real time monitor, dynamic data display, alarming, and history data-browsing.With the strong capacity of computing of MATLAB, through DDE between MATLAB and Kingview, we established the experimental model, and studied the control system througu SIMULINK.
