As the NGN's core part, soft-switch technical system SS has received more and more attentions. However, at present the standard and the equipments are in a gradually mature process. Therefore, positively developing of the NGN's architecture and evolution of the NGN is very important. The extremely significance is that combining all kinds of services together is telecommunication's many years'dream. This research will still continue. The basic-call-process service is the most important service in the SS. So, establishing a highly effective call model is imminent.This model's establishment is based on the separate of the service-control with the call-control, and the separate of the service-control with the loading-control. Under this idea, this highly effective call model will be established. This model must satisfy the basic communication function, as well as present varied call-services'function. During the increasing of new service, the model must avoid to the basic-call- service's influence, reduce to the call-service flow's revision, which are already existed. The communication business agent is not care of the details of the call-control's system. They will only estabilsh the service following the INAP interface.To achieve such goal, the following designs have been made: this dissertation use the call-control-funciton CCF and service-control-function SCF as standard, which extend to basic-call-process BCP and advance-call-process ACP. In BCP model, it will implement the basic call process, and divide the entire call into two partlys, which are composed by BCSM .The BCSM provides the call's condition attribute to ACP. ACP will combine the different BCSM together as varied service.The difficulties are single-service's control,multi-services'reporting,multi-services'triggering, as well as multi-services'conflict control. In ACP model, it will implement the service's flows that are designed by communication business agent. It will translate the XML language's text into the CVS state's diagram, which will control the DP process. The difficulties are the CVS state's diagram flow control,the DP processing, as well as how to control BCSM. The BCP and ACP communication is used INAP interface. According to the above model's designing and unify it in the laboratory, this commutation's equipment has successful completed the basic-call-function, and satisfied the system design's request. It's proved that such call model is a successful model. From this way, it can successful establish the highly effective service.
