A successful enterprise, not only need to have strong leadership decision, realization of excellent internal workflow management self innovation, but also need to stand in the strategic height to develop a set of suitable performance appraisal system to enterprises’ own characteristics and development. In this paper, based on the background of H company, discusses the existing problems in performance evaluation. Through the analysis of the present situation of H company’s performance appraisal that, at present, H company in the concept of performance appraisal index design, performance appraisal process and result application has certain insufficiency. In order to solve the problem effectively, according to the company’s performance appraisal theory, clarifies the method problem effectively cope with insufficient ways and ideas of reform, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to reform the update performance appraisal work of H company, in order to achieve the complete scientific, complete, reasonable, reliable performance appraisal targets fast and orderly auxiliary H, to achieve a comprehensive and sustainable development.
