| With the continuous development of enterprise management systems towards scientific,refinement and specialisation,many enterprises are actively improving and exploring the construction of performance appraisal systems around human resources in order to enhance efficiency.The professionalism of an enterprise’s human resources determines the economic efficiency and service efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,a scientific,reasonable and sustainable performance appraisal system plays a vital role in enhancing the performance and service capability of the employees and maintaining the rapid development of the enterprise.The new market pattern has inevitably put forward new requirements for the assessment of sales staff,and therefore there is an urgent need to optimise the existing performance assessment index system of the sales department to match the new strategic development requirements of the company.This paper studies and analyses the performance appraisal index system of the employees in the sales department of Company D through literature review,in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys,and finds that there are many problems with the current performance appraisal system of the enterprise,such as: too many subjective factors in the appraisal results,formalisation of the appraisal,detachment of the index content from the actual work,and insufficient setting of index weights.Based on the systematic analysis,the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)was selected as the method for optimising the performance appraisal index system,and the specific content of the employee appraisal indexes was determined by using strategic maps and goal decomposition.Finally,we propose relevant safeguard measures to ensure the operation of the new performance appraisal index system of Company D.The performance appraisal index system of Company D studied in this paper is based on the specific presentation of the decomposition of its corporate strategic objectives,which in practical application can help improve the performance of the company’s employees,enhance the quality of personnel and emphasise the creation of a professional and high-level service team.The paper also hopes to provide some reference for companies in related industries when reconstructing and adjusting their performance appraisal index systems. |
