O2 O mode appears, open the door to local life service e-commerce; and Social + Local + Mobile’s SoLoMo marketing model proposed means of Internet commerce has entered a new stage of integration of resources, this group will be a combination of innovative mobile Internet the era of e-business models have a profound impact.This paper analyzes and discusses the definition and connotation SoLoMo marketing, presented the constituent elements of e-commerce based O2 O SoLoMo marketing business model, revenue model and strategy model, and by analyzing micro-channel marketing as a typical representative, service providers companies a theoretical basis.
