Based on the domestic development and problems of O2O mode, with Lashou as an example, the paper proposed some measures and methods of management of O2O business. Based on the current application characteristics of mobile Internet era, the paper re-elaborated the feasibility of SoLoMo mode in China’s Internet development, and discussesed the development and prospect of SoLoMo mode in domestic social environment.Today we can see that, the homogeneity of traditional O2O e-commerce is more and more serious. And the advent of So LoMo mode immediately make significant changes to the Internet industry, especially in the mobile Internet era, when the social becomes scene, service becomes localization, consumption becomes mobile, and the three core characteristics are more and more obvious, the consumer behaviour has produced a revolutionary change.Based on detailed analysis of data, and analysis of two operating modes in common as well as the evolution trend, the paper found that, although SoLoMo operation mode has been widely used now, with the continuous development of Internet and mobile network technology(such as the emergence of VR virtual scene technology could lead to subversive in the future scenario), how to meet users’ demand, and more personalized, localization, diversification of scene experience technology development become very urgent and important. Therefore, the paper proposed the construction of mixed SoLoMo-O2O E-commerce operation mode.Through the analysis of the profit model of Lashou, the paper found out the disadvantages of Lashou operation mode, and discussed the necessity and feasibility of SoLoMo-O2O operation mode, and found the method of constructing SoLoMo-O2O mixed operation mode.The paper discussed the effect of SoLoMo-O2O operation mode on Lashou and the whole e-commerce. From the talent training scheme, raising consumer viscous, formulated strict audit business qualifications, self-built logistics system, diversifiedmarketing, acquisitions and self-built expansion, the introduction of online payment security mechanism, the improvement of after-sales service and so on, the paper set up a relatively perfect solution of SoLoMo- O2O mixed operating model.
