Tourists have not only satisfied with visiting of the tour, even if the DIY tourist has been bored with the traditional business hotel and classic scenic spots. More and more tourists want to be able to participate in the process of the tourism activities and obtain a unique travel experience. The travel demand begins to be more spiritual, such as thinking, culture and experience, personalized experience travel demand has become the mainstream consumer demand. So on the background of the depth unite of mobile internet and tourism, the thesis desire of the personalized travel demand, this study tries to establish a characteristic experience tourism business model based on the So LoMo. We use the theoretical guidance the practise, to make the characteristic experience tourism based on SoLoMo can meet the tourists unique demand.The characteristic experience tourism based on So LoMo is a comprehensive tourism life service. It use a unique perspective and service way of SoLoMo to experience the destination. By integration and excavate the tourism resources of the destination, providing the localization and community service to the tourists who has a characteristic experience tourism demand. The concept of characteristic experience tourism is different from the traditional package tour, it has the purpose of participate and experience. The characteristic resource is not conclude the traditional sightseeing scenic spots but has the characteristic combination and individual tourism product, characteristic accommodation, characteristic diet and characteristic entertainment. Besides, they all have the feature of characteristic, fun and unique.Firstly, this paper analysis the relevant research literature of domestic and foreign on the tourism mobile e-commerce and mobile internet business model, introduce the research background, research significance and present situation of domestic and foreign, description the content and the main research methods, emphasis the scope and the focus of this paper. Secondly, defined the basic concepts involved in the article and summarized the related theories which laid the theoretical foundation for the followings. Thirdly, use the questionnaire to survey the characteristic experience tourism demand of the tourists and build the characteristic experience tourism business model based on So LoMo. Finally, elaborate the operation strategy of mobile electronic commerce based on SoLoMo, including the development strategy, organizational structure, product design and marketing promotion. |
