| In recent years, with the continuous expansion of scale of online shopping customer in China, the problem of personal information security caused by its convenient service is drawing increasing attention. The cases of revealing private information, which cannot be ignored because of their quantities and scale, emerge quite often as collecting customers’ privacy can make huge profit.This paper investigates mainly on the precaution and protection of personal information during online shopping. First of all, the concept of personal information is illustrated by researching existing academic achievements. Secondly, after referring to gained results, the causes and influences of revealing personal details during online shopping are analyzed in combination of the feedback results of questionnaire. Then effective methods of precaution and influence factor of potential revealing information in every aspect of online shopping are discussed specifically on the basis of analyzing the procedure of online shopping on Tao Bao. Finally, analysis of how to protect personal information security during online shopping is made from the aspect of individual, laws and related technologies respectively. |
