On one hand, consumers appreciate the convenience of online shopping,on the other hand,sensitive information such as name, contact details,and delivery address get involved in the transaction inevitably.Sellers can gain consumer preferences and make target promotion to provide sonsumers with a wider range of suitable goods through the analysis of personal information data,which not only help themselves drive more sales but also bring convenience to their consumers.The research on consumer’s personal information in recent academic theory mostly concentrated on the part of personal information security.Indeed,the existence of individual businesses in the consumer intentionally collect personal information, and as a means to profit from trafficking criminals,against the consumer’s personal privacy,giving consumers a mental harassment, threats and even physical safety. However, personal information as a part of social information,if got reasonable use,not only can bring convennience to customers but also create social wealth, improve online transactions,and promote the online trading developed rapidly.As e-commerce became the major buying patterns,the GDP will be increased accordingly.In this paper, literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods,consumer personal information under online shopping environment as a starting point,too much personal information is collected from the consumers personal information for secondary processing,the illegal trade of personal information,the use of network-bound merchant registration Ordinance and network technology describes five aspects of online shopping process consumers’personal information security risks,a detailed analysis of the causes and consequences of these hazards arising and issues raised against it,business point of view,respectively from the collection of personal information on consumers,sorting and processing instructions to start these three steps,how to use the personal information of consumers,scientific analysis of the value of consumers’ personal information and establish reasonable use of mechanisms to safeguard the orderly and healthy development of e-commerce;Similarly,consumers personal point of view,from the enhanced self-protection awareness,strengthen e-commerce site management, improve the supervision system of industry self-regulation and legislative branches of government timely intervention in four areas discussed online shopping countermeasures to protect the personal information of consumers, designed to avoid because of leakage of personal information that may lead to physical abuse, reduce worries online shopping.In this paper,the use and protection of personal information is a combination of innovation,noting the balance between the two treatment will provide a broader prospect for the development of e-commerce and information technology domestic.For consumers,they protected personal privacy and reduced spam messages and e-mails. The act of avoiding disclosure of personal information reduced trouble back at home and promote the rapid advancement of e-commerce.Therefore, the analysis on hidden trouble of personal information security in the environment of online shopping and its effective and scientific protection measures has a theoretical and practical significance. |
