In recent years, in order to represent our country in East Asia, Southeast Asia, the rapid development of leather industry, Asia has become the world’s manufacturing center of the leather. Synthetic leather industry is mainly concentrated in Wenzhou and Lishui, Foshan, Guangdong (China synthetic leather industry base), Jiangsu Jiangyin, Taicang and Wuxi, Yantai, Shandong and Hebei Xiong County and other places. Wenzhou is the largest industrial base, Wenzhou synthetic leather enterprises 90% concentrated in the area and its neighboring Longwan Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. After nearly 20 years of development, Wenzhou synthetic leather industry to form a set of basic research, product development, production and sales, quality control, environmental management as one of the industry cluster group, was named "China Synthetic Leather Capital." However, relatively backward in terms of Zhejiang synthetic leather design, development, production of consumer attitudes, leather products in a very weak competitive position in the international community has repeatedly suffered unfair treatment from the international community. Therefore, the study of synthetic leather innovative research of chemical industry of Zhejiang-based industrial chain business model for economic development in Zhejiang Province has a vital role.Based on the industry chain and business model theory to sort out on the understanding of the chemical enterprise in Zhejiang synthetic leather exterior environment, analyzing the existing business model of the industry chain advantages and disadvantages. In order to further promote the healthy development of the chemical industry of Zhejiang synthetic leather, building ecological industrial chain and innovative business model, and finally to the implementation of the chemical industry of Zhejiang synthetic leather innovative business model proposed safeguards.In this paper, a literature review, theory and practice of combining research methods. Literature review methods, based on the industry chain and business model analysis of theoretical studies and other related home and abroad, the relevant theory scholars to compare and learn the advanced experience of foreign countries, to guide management practices of Chinese enterprises. Through field research to understand the actual situation of Zhejiang synthetic leather chemical companies, including the environment they face as well as its ability to have the resources.The purpose of this paper is to explore innovative synthetic chemical enterprise in Zhejiang industrial chain business model, we hope to foster management practices and enterprise competitiveness of enterprises have some significance.
