Group is an advanced form of modern enterprise development, On global perspective, more and more business development group presents trends. Compared with the general business, corporate customers have large scale and strong market competitiveness, high credit ratings, capital strength of advantageous features, the higher the credit business of commercial banks combined contribution, and therefore struggle to fight for the commercial banks credit target. Compared to a single enterprise, enterprise group usually composed by a number of legal, property rights and control over the relationship between the corporation is more complex, and some business groups are still many non-property relations connected together affiliates, and therefore corporate credit risk analysis group customers difficulty a larger group of customers is a major risk of bad loans the bank gathering point.In the above background, this paper customer credit risk management banking groups study the issue. To avoid the pitfalls of this article analyzes the theory into no practical significance, I adopted the method of case analysis. Agricultural Development Bank is China’s only an agricultural policy bank, the main responsibility is in accordance with national laws, regulations and policies, national credit-based, raise funds, to assume the state’s agricultural policy finance business, agency financial support for agriculture disbursement of funds for agriculture and rural economic development. Compared with the general commercial banks, policy banks need to undertake certain social functions, making it easier to accumulate on the Group’s customer credit risk. Therefore, the Agricultural Bank of China case study in this article is more representative.Through research, this paper draws the following conclusions. First, after the results of the study of existing and induction, we believe that, compared with the single enterprise customers, customers of the Group’s credit risk uncertainty stronger, longer incubation period, a huge amount of poor control, risk and return asymmetry infectious risk of stronger features. In addition, the difficulty of credit risk management group customers is also reflected in the due diligence prior to loan more difficult, banks and inter-regional collaboration to establish accountability mechanisms are more complex, higher-risk loans after the difficulty of monitoring and other aspects. Secondly, the Agricultural Development Bank Group’s consumer credit is growing rapidly, the rapid accumulation of credit risk group customers; at the same time, the Group’s customers a higher degree of industry concentration of credit risk, the higher the proportion of state-owned enterprises, corporate governance is relatively backward. Again, the Agricultural Development Bank Group on Risk Management in consumer credit, the existence of credit management system is unscientific, former Group customer identification loan rate, loan in the credit rating system is not scientific, corporate data to identify the extent of the low, single-credit program design, after the loan risk monitoring linkage mechanism is not perfect, the lack of risk early warning mechanism and other issues. Through the analysis of the above issues, this article from the various stages of the credit risk management process to proceed, the management of the Agricultural Development Bank Group’s credit risk of customers targeted improvements proposed programs and measures.
