In recent years, as the field work in Beijing as well as the rapid growth of private car ownership, the number of Beijing’s traffic pressure suddenly increase, traffic congestion has become a big problem of Beijing. Developing urban rail transit is an important way to solve the congested roads. In 2014 China’s urban rail transit development survey shows that China has the city of urban rail transit has from three in 2000 (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou) rose to 2014 in 22, and the preliminary statistics, by the end of 2014, the total mileage of China urban rail transit has more than 3000 kilometers (including the subway, tramcar, etc.), a total of 88 of the subway route. Among them, in 2014 alone, China has 13 cities opened a new line of urban rail transit (Changsha, Ningbo, Wuxi open urban rail transit lines) for the first time. Can say, China has become the world’s largest and fastest growing market of urban rail transit construction.The rapid development of rail transit plays a positive function to ease traffic pressure, and promote urban development. How to optimize the rail transit system resources, encourage more people to choose rail transportation, also has become a popular research topic concerned by the economist and traffic scientists. Paper line 6 of Beijing as the research object, through to the subway stations surroundings and investigating the situation of passengers flow, analysis of factors that influence the people around in MTR station in carries on the contrast, it is concluded that the main influence factors of travel demand theory model is set up, and gives the corresponding shunt, lighten the crowded situation in the subway station, dispersed flow pressure, solve people’s demand for quick travel, and puts forward the future prospects of the development of rail transit and trend. This article main research content is as follows: First chapter is the introduction part introduces the research background, the increasingly serious traffic problems, and roared metro times may be able to work out this problem, so the subway travel demand and its influencing factors is of great significance. There are a lot of in-depth study abroad at present, there are also many new methods, research is relatively backward in our country, but in trot out forward. The second chapter analyzes the influencing factors of subway. The influence of some factors on the subway travel demand of Beijing line 6 as an example, and analysis the correlation of subway passengers. The third chapter analyzes the urban travel demand, with consumer behavior theory to explain traveler’s choice behavior, and then using the Logit model to construct a theory of travel demand model. The fourth chapter in Beijing metro line 6 as an example to do empirical analysis. Selection factors, which affect the subway as explanatory variables, is to choose the way to subway do explained variable, to fitting the model, and then test the model. Through the analysis of this article can understand the influencing factors of subway, the subway development in the future, the traveler travel make reasonable judgment has the certain reference value.
