From the perspective of scientific and technological innovation, scientific and technological innovation for the main contribution to economic growth rates in recent years due to the rapid development of China’s science and technology, the state support for science and technology of growing, promote economic growth mode from extensive to intensive type improve efficiency of production factors, but studies have found factors in the impact of China’s economic growth, technological innovation is not obvious, which requires us to further study the situation of Chinese scientific and technological innovation and how to improve the economic growth in the contribution rate technological innovation.Research methods used in this paper is the empirical method, first by increasing the AHrelated variables in the model, there is a positive correlation between the introduction of technological innovation and economic growth theory, and then give an indication on behalf of technological innovation based on a mathematical model, and use these indicators reflect technological innovation, drawn impact on economic growth.Conclusions show that China’s economic growth, technological innovation for the existence of a positive impact, but small compared to the foreign contribution rate, the need for the government and the private sector to increase research investment,government to strengthen cooperation between countries to train more research personnel and improve the legal system, and create a favorable environment for scientific research and other measures to improve the country’s scientific and technological innovation, in order to better promote economic development.
