Research On Scientific And Technological Innovation Driving On The Economic Growth In Shandong Province

With the rapid economic development and drastic changes in the domestic and international situation,economic growth has gradually been limited by investment,consumption,and foreign trade.Economic restructuring has received increasing attention.As a major province of China's economy,Shandong Province has achieved new results in transformation and upgrading after 40 years of reform and opening up,rapid economic growth,steady improvement of economic quality,and continuous optimization of economic structure.With the development of society,the trend of economic growth driven by scientific and technological innovation has gradually increased.Currently,Shandong Province is facing the problem of weak technological innovation capabilities and weak awareness.How to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation in Shandong Province and rely on technological innovation to drive economic growth seems to be Extraordinary importance.In order to measure the actual level of scientific and technological innovationdriven economic growth in Shandong Province,this study first summarizes the relevant predecessors,analyzes the connotations of technological innovation and economic growth,and the theoretical basis and mechanism of technological innovation-driven economic growth;second,from a macro perspective Qualitative analysis of the status quo of technological innovation and technological innovation driving economic growth in Shandong Province,and understanding its achievements and shortcomings;then,quantitatively evaluating the ability of Shandong Province to drive economic growth through scientific and technological innovation,and constructing an evaluation index system to drive the economic growth level of technological innovation in Shandong Province.Using data from relevant indicators of Shandong Province from 2005 to 2016,the main component analysis method was used to evaluate the overall level of scientific and technological innovation-driven economic growth in Shandong Province and the changing trend of each level of indicators.Again,through the construction of models,the analysis of technological innovation in Shandong Province was conducted.The impact of economic growth and the use of grey correlations to identify the main factors affecting the economic growth driven by technological innovation in Shandong Province.Finally,based on the analysis of the previous chapters,the author puts forward the countermeasures for accelerating technological innovation and driving economic growth in Shandong Province under the background of a new era.
