Research On The Impact Of Technological Innovation On Regional Green Economic Growth In China

At present,the world is in a situation of sharp reduction of available resources and worse and worse environmental quality,more and more scholars at home and abroad have begun to follow the topic of green economy,and how to promote its growth has become the core issue of scholars’ research.As a non-replaceable factor to advance green economic growth,technological innovation has become very important.Based on the current situation of China’s economic development and resources and environment,this study is committed to revealing the relationship between technological innovation and green economic growth,and then explore the path of green,coordinated and sustainable development of China’s economy.Firstly,after combing and summarizing the relevant literature,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of technological innovation on green economic growth from three aspects: efficiency,mode and structure of green economic growth.Secondly,Starting from the basic principles of index construction,build an index system for technological innovation and green economic growth,and obtain the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from2010 to 2018.The entropy method is used to weight the three-level indicators of technological innovation and green economic growth.After obtaining the comprehensive index,analyze the current level of technological innovation and the current level of green economic growth,and analyze the correlation between them.Finally,the individual fixed effect model is used for regression analysis to compare the influence of technological innovation on green economic growth in different areas,the following conclusions are obtained: First,the level of green economic growth in China’s provinces is growing every year,but there still have diverse among areas.Second,there is a large gap in the level of technological innovation among China’s provinces.The eastern region has the highest level of technological innovation,the second place is the central area,and the western area ranks last.Third,the coupling correlation between technological innovation and green economic growth in various provinces in my country is very high,and the degree of coordination is constantly improving.Fourth,technological innovation has a significant role in promoting green economic growth in each regions of China,however,the affect of each region are distinct.Fifth,Compared with the state of only capital investment and labor investment,after increasing the investment in technological innovation,their positive impact is stronger than before.In accordance with the above study conclusions,some questions are considered,and the following advises are listed:First,we should increase the level of investment in technological innovation.Second,we should reduce the disparity between areas in the ability of green economic growth.Third,we ought to speed up the optimization and promoting of the industrial structure.Fourth,we ought to make complete use of the conducting and supervising part of the government.
