Research On Post - Project Evaluation Of "Sanannong Insurance Service Station" Of YG Company

As the stabilizer of health development of "Three Dimensional Rural Issues", agriculture insurance has provided guardians of well and safe production on farm. This type of insurance has been seen as compensation, on some level, to cover the loss caused by natural weather disasters; it has also been used as a method to stabilize the income of farmers and to accelerate the development of economy. Three Dimensional Rural Issues Agriculture Insurance Service Station project of YG Corporation is an important attempt of expending agricultural insurance market; it is also a great adventure of agriculture insurance marketing model. Based on theories of post evaluation, this article builds the assessment criteria of "Three Dimensional Rural Issues Agriculture Insurance Service Station"; it also analysed the results of implementing this project by using Analytic Hierarchy Process, Comparative Analysis Approach, Questionnaire Survey and Experts grading Method which is aiming to find an efficient evaluation method to solve the issues at work, to provide background information for senior management member of the corporation and to provide important reference for other similar project post evaluations.
