Objective: This article based on the research of service innovation,insurance service connotation,the four-dimensional model of service innovation and other related theories,to build a set of scientific insurance service innovation evaluation system to measure the innovation ability of insurance service.At the same time,it also provided the assessment index for the service innovation of insurance companies.Methods: 1)Combination of theory and practice.This article based on the theory and practical experience of service innovation at home and abroad,and combined with the actual situation of the development of China's insurance industry,to construct the innovation evaluation system of insurance service;2)Qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis.Through the qualitative analysis of domestic insurance service innovation,the innovation evaluation system of insurance service is established by expert survey questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process.3)Combination of theoretical research and empirical study.This article used Z company as an empirical study to establish the insurance service innovation evaluation system,and prove that the research results was convincing.Results: The index single sort and total ranking of comprehensive index can meet the consistency test,which showed that the evaluation system in this article had a certain feasibility.And according to the total ranking of indicators,insurance companies in the service innovation,first should pay attention to the innovation of service concept,and played the correct guidance role for the customer interface,service transmission and information technology.Conclusion: This article based on the construction of innovation evaluation system of insurance service above,and taked Z company as an example to verify.According to the results of quantitative analysis,the article identified the main factors hindering the service innovation of Z company.Then this article started from the four-dimensional model of service innovation,puted forward the improvement suggestions to improve the service innovation ability of Z company.
