After entering the 21 st century, the enterprise can establish and implement incentives reasonably, to maximize employee’s work performance implementation, is the enterprise in the competition the key to the survival and sustainable development. Based on private enterprise H company as the research object, on the basis of reference to existing research result, by means of the integrated use of literature way, graphic way, example way, effective incentives of H company staff has made a systematic research, it sums up the H company’s existing incentives in the existing problems and the causes of these problems. By means of the analysis of H company incentive problem causes, combined with the actual situation of the existing staff, from the reality of H company, this paper respectively from the humanistic incentive and enterprise capital and the best incentives to improve its stimulus measures, so as to realize the optimal incentive of the enterprise.
