The compertition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense with the rapid development of economy. Companies need to constantly enhance their core competitiveness, talent is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises in key elements, and thus the management of talent can’t be ignored is the enterprise development a top priority. Through the establishment of enterprise performance management talent strategy, target decomposition, performance evaluation, the results of the performance evaluation, performance management activities used in daily production enterprises, inspiring and motivating staff to continue to improve job performance, in order to achieve agreed business strategy and objectives.The main problem is that the performance of our choice and to determine an organizational factors associated with the development of high performance appraisal and reasonable assessment of the target set for the performance of a full audit. Establish and improve the rational and effective performance evaluation mechanism, set up the pay levels and incentive levels, we must continue to assess and ratings, making it consistent with the needs of the enterprise to meet the level of labor market supply. According to job roles, adjust key performance indicators (KPI) and the right to re- assess the ability to collect good feedback, suggestions for improvement, to improve the working of continuous improvement.For enterprises, the various departments within the enterprise are in fact a service department, quality of service sector will affect the company’s operations level, especially the level of service the company IT departments in large part to promote the status and level of development of the company’s profits. The fierce market competition, enterprise IT departments faced with the IT needs of rapid iteration and the dual pressures of self-improvement, making IT professionals has become a key element in the competitiveness of enterprises, through the management of IT personnel for effective performance evaluation, can regulate IT project management practices, identify the level of IT service management staff to confirm the level of IT departments and service management personnel; and evaluation results can be effective as a basis for the implementation of incentive measures to rectify the shortcomings of management, and ultimately improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the IT staff performance management has become the core of IT management.
