Research On Optimization Of Mobile Phone Antenna Project Management In F Company

With highly development of science and technology today, mobile phone is playing an increasingly important role e in our daily life, for most people the phone is fashion display tools in addition to the basic communication function. Especially to smart phones, application software emerge in endlessly, the demand of data transmission speed, entertainment function is increasing. Mobile phone as a fast growing industry, full of fierce competition exist between different producers. Antenna customization degree is highly, mostly implementation is by the way of project, so the antenna project management process as project achieve the goal of security is particularly important.Because each antenna manufacturers have different system, it is difficult to form a unified project management process of mobile phone antenna. In view of this, this paper studied F antenna project management process combined with the characteristics of the mobile phone antenna, the original ESI, RFQ, PD, MP, EOL five stages are divided into PRl to PR8 eight stages, with the guide of Stage-gate system theory, every new stage set up gates review procedures to guarantee the quality of project operation. Meanwhile, by PMBOK (?) guide ten knowledge areas as theoretical guidance, the paper defined what documents need to review and save for each stage in optimized project management process.In this way to form the project data for other projects and mobile antenna project managers as reference.
